We only offer 100% human hair—never mixed or synthetic. Our bundles and wigs are high-quality and long-lasting with proper care.

2. Do you offer custom wigs?
Yes! Custom wigs are coming soon! Be sure to follow us on Instagram @MissManeHairCo and join our email list to be the first to know when they drop!

3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the product. Ready-to-ship items go out in 1–3 business days. Custom orders may take 7–14 business days to complete before shipping.

4. Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Currently, we do not offer local pickup, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned via our socials for updates.

5. How do I care for my wig or bundles?
Treat them like your natural hair! Gently shampoo and condition, use a heat protectant, and avoid excessive heat styling. We’ll be adding a full Hair Care Guide soon!

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read all product descriptions carefully before ordering. If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately.

7. Can I request a specific style or color for a custom wig?
Absolutely! When custom wigs launch, you’ll be able to submit your style, length, and color preferences during the order process.

We’ll offer helpful guides and one-on-one consultations to help you choose the best fit and style based on your needs, lifestyle, and hair goals.
